I successfully managed the transition from a traditional publishing company to a powerful consulting group, leading Rentrop&Straton in the digital era (paid membership portals, digital loose-leafs, one-shot products). Also, my team made R&S the leading organizer of seminars, conferences and in-house trainings for key departments to any business: financial, accounting, human resources, legal, management, and marketing. In those three years, the company has diversified its offer (today, R&S has over 700 active products and consulting services) and increased its turnover by 44%. This made R&S the undisputed market leader of specialized information in Romania.
