BARisolve è l’APP che permette di fornire ai cittadini un canale diretto di collaborazione attiva con l’Amministrazione Comunale per segnalare in tempo reale problematiche urbane, disagi e disservizi inviando le informazioni necessarie all’identificazione del problema. Tutte le segnalazioni arrivano in un backoffice integrato per la lavorazione secondo un workflow di processo che coinvolge l'Ufficio Relazioni con il Pubblico del Comune e le Ripartizioni interessate nella gestione dell’iter. Tutti i dati delle segnalazioni confluiscono sia nel progetto M.U.S.I.C.A. (Monitoraggio Urbano attraverso Soluzioni Innovative per Città Agili) che in OpenData per analisi big data su ambiti sicurezza, qualità , arricchendo così i dati di monitoraggio urbano a disposizione del Comune e dei cittadini. Rilasciata con tecnologie native per dispositivi Android e IOS.

BARisolve è l’APP che permette di fornire ai cittadini un canale diretto di
collaborazione attiva con l’Amministrazione Comunale per segnalare in tempo
reale problematiche urbane, disagi e disservizi inviando le informazioni necessarie
all’identificazione del problema. Tutte le segnalazioni arrivano in un backoffice
integrato per la lavorazione secondo un workflow di processo che coinvolge

PRESENTAZIONE DELLA SOLUZIONE 2/2
L’App ha come obiettivo principale quello di mettere a disposizione dei cittadini un
servizioattraverso cui inviare in tempo reale le segnalazioni al Comune di Bari su
dissesti stradali, rifiuti abbandonati, segnaletica da rifare: attivando il GPS,
scattando una foto e inviando la segnalazione con BaRisolve.Attraverso l’APP il
cittadino potrà ricevere tramite notifiche push avvisi, notizie oltre allo stato di
avanzamento della propria segnalazione. Oltre al profilo cittadino l’app gestisce il
profilo dell’operatore comunale che potrà utilizzare il sistema per inviare e gestire
segnalazioni alla pari del cittadino. Grazie all’App l’Amministrazione Comunale
potrà fornire un servizio migliore al cittadino e inoltrare la segnalazione al
responsabile di procedimento, migliorando così la qualità della vita in città.
