NCCMP Course Successfully started in MEFGI

Faculty of Management, Marwadi Education Foundation’s Group of Institutions, Rajkot, the
front-runner in organizing seminars, workshops, expert lectures, conclaves, cultural and social
events and a variety of cultural activities for the overall development of its student community, in
collaboration with NSE successfully launched NCCMP course on February 10, 2011. This course
primarily aims at providing theoretical and practical training to the students to help them
equipped with the knowledge and skills while dealing in capital market. The inauguration
ceremony of the course was held in the august presence of Mr Ketanbhai Marwadi, Chaiman,
Marwadi Education Foundation, Ms Bhavika, Regional Head, NSE, Gujarat, Dr S.C. Reddy, Dean,
Faculty of Management, Faculty members and students of MBA and PGDM. Marwadi Education
Foundation and faculty members. Dr. Reddy welcomed Ketanbhai and invited him to deliver
inaugural speech. Mr Ketanbhai Marwadi addressed to the students and motivated them to excel
in their career emphasizing the importance of specialized knowledge and skills in their career. Ms.
Bhavika also shared her views on the NCCMP course and benefits thereof. Mr Kaushal Mandalia
gave a presentation on NCCMP course highlighting the course structure, total hours of theoretical
learning and practical learning and qualifying criteria of the course. In the end Ms. Rutwa Mehta,
Faculty member, proposed a vote of thanks on behalf of Marwadi Education Foundation.
Mr Kaushal formally began the course by conducting introductory class. In introductory
class, Mr Kaushal emphasized the need of pursuing course like NCCMP in the wake of macro
economic development taking place in the world and India. He discussed introduction of financial
markets wherein he covered types of market, macro economic statistics, need of learning the
basics of financial market etc.
