iMVNOx Corporate Overview
1. The Global Overview Presentation
The International MVNOx Association (iMVNOx)
2. Our objective
To be an effective voice for the poorly represented and fragmented
MVNx ecosystem
To build bridges between the MVNx ecosystem, the carriers, the
regulators, and the investment community.
To drive industry initiatives supporting the development of the
ecosystem and creating beneficial programmes for MVNO subscribers
To provide real, tangible member benefits, through collaboration and
shared purchasing power
To represent and serve the interests of our MVNO, MVNE and MVNA members
3. The iMVNOx principles
MVNOs should not be hostages to their host networks
Networks should not be able to simply ‘turn-off’ the service at the end of a
contract
MVNOs should be able to migrate from host network at the end of the original
term of the contract
Networks should not be able to enforce exclusivity
MVNOs should be able to resell
MVNO needs should be taken into account when telecommunication legislation
is drafted
MVNOs should be part of industry codes of practice
And MNOs should enable MVNOs to comply with regulations
Supporting the MVNO ecosystem
4. The iMVNOx principles
MVNOs should have a place at the table when discussing technical
standards
And MVNOs should get access to the latest technology and services
in a fair and reasonable timescale
MVNOs should be encouraged to provide competition in the market
MVNOs should be encouraged to provide innovation in the market
MVNOs should conduct their business in a fair and ethical fashion
Supporting the MVNO ecosystem

This framework has already been submitted for the (Softbank) Sprint/T-Mobile merger
discussion during our efforts with the CCA in Summer 2014
Our iMVNOx Regulatory Review Board is engaging in a joint policy campaign, in partnership
with the FCS (Federation of Communications Services), involving submissions to the CMA,
Ofcom, and the EU Commission on the BT/EE merger
We are also registering as an ‘interested party’ in the 3/O2 merger
