Helped me sell a home
Franny is knowledgeable about the areas she serves, and
knew just how to market the sale of our 100+ year old
home. Not only that, but Franny stays up to date on what is
happening in the area, and realizes what a true gem an older
home is in the KCMO area. This allowed us to be very
satisfied customers getting a contract on our home in
approximately 6 weeks. Franny was approachable and
knowledgeable, and made the process very simple with the
usage of online signing software (Dotloop), so we didn't have
to meet her anytime a change on a contract was made
during the negotiation process. I would recommend Franny
again and again.

Franny not only helped me sell my house but also helped me negotiate the
purchase of a beautiful property in the urban core. She knows her stuff when it
comes to the individual personalities of each area of our city. She'll help you find
a home anywhere but if its the urban core you want to be in then Franny is the
agent for you!

My first purchase experience with this team was delightful and efficient. They answered
all my questions, and were available when I needed them. After selling that home, I
again sought their services. Transactions before closing were completed electronically,
which meant I never had to make unnecessary trips. I appreciated their understanding
of the market and knowledge of what I may have missed in asking questions about my
purchase. I am very happy with this home and the price i paid for it.
