that almost half of the population
falls under the age of twenty
(56.5%).. They are lost in the search

One more dilemma is that the youth
                                                              even being very energetic and
talented does not get the chance to display their inner talent. Joblessness, poverty and absence of
support from the government for increasing education level and its reach to the young generation.
Moreover some political parties are using
the energies of these very shining
youngsters by putting them on the line of
militancy and weapons. In short the
young generation lacks clear guidance,
vision, leadership, education, monetary
support from government and a clear
path. Having analysed this FRCE has
started Career Counselling program
through which hundreds of youth are trained and counselled by renowned personalities so that youth
make peaceful and prosperous Pakistan

FRCE Gender development & sensitization Program

FRCE believes that gender disparity is an
injustice, contributes to poverty and is a
major hindrance to development of Pakistan
so FRCE has initiated Gender development
& sensitization Program through this
program local people are sensitised by FRCE
team through lectures and training session.
While sensitisation FRCE team give
examples to the communities from the holy
Quran, Sunnah & Indigenous proverbs such as “the progress of nation depends upon the way
the mothers bring up their children. If the mothers are educated, the whole society will
progress. Women have always played an important role in the progress of a nation. In the
early days of Islam, women worked side by side with men. In the battlefield, they nursed the
injured, kept up the supplies and in certain cases even fought bravely. Florence Nightingale
was the woman, who led a very successful campaign for the reforms of hospitals and nursing
profession. Women had been great saints, scholars, poets, writers, reformers and
administrators”. FRCE team also build the capacity of women to participate in decision-
making at all levels.
Profile of FRCE

    4. FRCE strategies for reduction of Poverty in Pakistan
    5. Role of FRCE for removing Gender Disparity in Access to Education in Pakistan
Profile of FRCE

                             FRCE Health Program
Pakistan is the 6th largest state of the world having a huge flux of population living in rural
and urban areas. The Federal Government of Pakistan after taking her due share from NFC
award promise to fulfill the four major objectives i.e. security, education, health and
sanitation. Unfortunately, only 1.5% of entire budget is allocated to health and sanitation
which is insufficient. Secondly, the sanitary conditions are deplorable and the stagnant water
absorbs 150 feet in the soil mixing up with clean water, which is spreading severe diseases.
Owing to this poor sanitary condition W.H.O projected the idea of oral polio vaccination. The
infrastructure is undeveloped. The basic health units in rural areas are not equipped enough to
better the falling health of rural populace. If there are well equipped hospitals, the availability
of doctors is not ensured. Glaringly, the quakes are performing in every nook and corner of
the country without any fear of accountability. The medicine companies are indulging in
minting money with the help of dishonest doctor, consequently killing many people. Less
attention is given to sterilize the tools and transfer of blood without disease. Because of the
religious myths and cultural barriers less attention is given to female health which results in
the increment of MMR and TMR. Focusing on the golden rule of “Health is wealth”, FRCE
taking appropriate measures for the betterment of health services in Pakistan. The awareness
programmes and medical camps are arranged to let the people know about the problems and
remedies.
Profile of FRCE

                        FRCE Educational Program
Education is the corner stone of any successful nation. At the heart of most thriving global
economies lies a dynamic educational system which prepares their youth to compete with the
best in the world. There is no doubt that prosperity of nations now depends solely on the
intellectual quality of its human resource and investing in high quality education is
synonymous with investing in the future of a nation. Unfortunately, this aspect in Pakistan
has been ignored ever-since its independence. Quality education remains the prerogative of
children drawn from a thin layer of upper crust of Pakistani Society. 70% of our people living
in villages are totally deprived of any quality schooling and consequently can play little role
in national policies and its development. This educational apartheid, with a tiny little elite
perpetually dominating country’s social life, its polity and economy, is a sure recipe for social
conflicts between the masses and the elite. The current social and sectarian tension and resort
to fundamentalist tendencies by the youth, especially from remote and under-developed areas
are manifestation of the impact of prevailing archaic system of education for vast majority of
our youth in underprivileged areas. It was these harsh realities that motivated the Founder of
FRCE Mr.Kaleemullah to make a beginning towards educating and grooming the brightest
children from rural areas in the hope that these children will one day become role models for
their communities by emerging as high class citizens who can demonstrate quality leadership
in diverse fields Having analyzed it FRCE has started to open schools in a different slum area
of Sindh province and providing free of the cost education to children of poor and
marginalized communities of the country, FRCE has not only opened schools but also has
appointed teacher in governments schools where was no any government appointed teacher.

They are lost in the search of an individual whose line of they follow will take them to success. One more dilemma is that the youth even being very energetic and talented does not get the chance to display their inner talent. Joblessness, poverty and absence of support from the government for increasing education level and its reach to the young generation. Moreover some political parties are using the energies of these very shining youngsters by putting them on the line of militancy and weapons. In short the young generation lacks clear guidance, vision, leadership, education, monetary support from government and a clear path. Having analysed this FRCE has started Career Counselling program through which hundreds of youth are trained and counselled by renowned personalities so that youth make peaceful and prosperous Pakistan

If the mothers are educated, the whole society will progress. Women have always played an important role in the progress of a nation. In the early days of Islam, women worked side by side with men. In the battlefield, they nursed the injured, kept up the supplies and in certain cases even fought bravely. • 11. Profile of FRCE FRCE Health Program Pakistan is the 6th largest state of the world having a huge flux of population living in rural and urban areas. The Federal Government of Pakistan after taking her due share from NFC award promise to fulfill the four major objectives i.e. security, education, health and sanitation. Unfortunately, only 1.5% of entire budget is allocated to health and sanitation which is insufficient. Secondly, the sanitary conditions are deplorable and the stagnant water absorbs 150 feet in the soil mixing up with clean water, which is spreading severe diseases. Owing to this poor sanitary condition W.H.O projected the idea of oral polio vaccination. The infrastructure is undeveloped. The basic health units in rural areas are not equipped enough to better the falling health of rural populace. If there are well equipped hospitals, the availability of doctors is not ensured. Glaringly, the quakes are performing in every nook and corner of the country without any fear of accountability. The medicine companies are indulging in minting money with the help of dishonest doctor, consequently killing many people. Less attention is given to sterilize the tools and transfer of blood without disease. Because of the religious myths and cultural barriers less attention is given to female health which results in the increment of MMR and TMR. Focusing on the golden rule of “Health is wealth”, FRCE taking appropriate measures for the betterment of health services in Pakistan. The awareness programmes and medical camps are arranged to let the people know about the problems and remedies.
  • 12. Profile of FRCE FRCE Educational Program Education is the corner stone of any successful nation. At the heart of most thriving global economies lies a dynamic educational system which prepares their youth to compete with the best in the world. There is no doubt that prosperity of nations now depends solely on the intellectual quality of its human resource and investing in high quality education is synonymous with investing in the future of a nation. Unfortunately, this aspect in Pakistan has been ignored ever-since its independence. Quality education remains the prerogative of children drawn from a thin layer of upper crust of Pakistani Society. 70% of our people living in villages are totally deprived of any quality schooling and consequently can play little role in national policies and its development. This educational apartheid, with a tiny little elite perpetually dominating country’s social life, its polity and economy, is a sure recipe for social conflicts between the masses and the elite. The current social and sectarian tension and resort to fundamentalist tendencies by the youth, especially from remote and under-developed areas are manifestation of the impact of prevailing archaic system of education for vast majority of our youth in underprivileged areas. It was these harsh realities that motivated the Founder of FRCE Mr.Kaleemullah to make a beginning towards educating and grooming the brightest children from rural areas in the hope that these children will one day become role models for their communities by emerging as high class citizens who can demonstrate quality leadership in diverse fields Having analyzed it FRCE has started to open schools in a different slum area of Sindh province and providing free of the cost education to children of poor and marginalized communities of the country, FRCE has not only opened schools but also has appointed teacher in governments schools where was no any government appointed teacher.
