2010/01 - Oracle acquires Sun
2010/12 - Hudson project wants to make infrastructure changes
Oracle claims to own the “Hudson” name/brand
2011/01 - Hudson community votes and decides to GTFO
“forks” (renames Hudson to Jenkins)
2011/05 - Oracle donates Hudson project assets to the Eclipse Foundation
Hudson becomes the default CI server for Eclipse projects
2016/02 - Last patch for Hudson is released (version 3.3.3)
2017/01 - No new HIPPs get provisioned @ Eclipse Foundation
