Zhang Zhenghe is a male professor born in 1964 in Kaifeng, Henan, China. He received his doctorate in management from China Agricultural University in 1998. His areas of expertise include MBA and MPA theories applied to agriculture, local government development, science and technology transition, market analysis, and rural development.
