About Procomún
• Place for educational and learning purposes, primarily by the teaching
community and students, but also for the general public.
• Repository of Open Educational Resources (OER) created by the Spanish
Ministry of Education (MECD) and the Spanish Regional Governments
(Autonomous Communities)
• Find and create structured educative, classified standardized form (LOM-ES)
prepared for download and direct use by teachers and students.
• Based on the Agrega (aggregate) Project
• It has a "semantic layer" linked within the standards of the semantic web data.
• Faceted search engine allows users to find learning objects restricting the
complete package through multiple criteria.
• Includes a Teaching Social Network linked to educational resources through a
system of social labeling, user feedback, educational contexts, guidelines, and
learning communities.

Federated Resource Repository, from 2006
Agrega is a project developed between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport,
Red.es and the Autonomous Communities.
Has about 70.000 OER coming from Ministry of Education and other 3 CCAA
The federation of educational digital object repositories adds is a platform that has
nodes in some Departments of Education of the Autonomous Communities. The
educational contents that can be found are organized according to the curriculum of
pre-university levels and are prepared for download and direct use by teachers and
students.

Principles
The Adventure of Learning is a space of exchange on learning to discover what
practices, atmospheres, spaces and agents make communities work; their whys
and hows, or in other words, their yearnings and protocols.
1. Knowledge is collaborative, collective, social and open.
2. Much knowledge grows outside of the academy.
3. Knowledge is more making than thinking.
The world of education is shifting its center of gravity from teaching to learning,
and from content to practice, from course manuals to field notebooks and from
exam culture to peer- to-peer.

  1. Punto de partida Los REA estaban disponibles en el repositorio Agrega2 (federación de nodos MECD-CCAA)
  2. A finales del año 2012, y dentro del Plan de Cultura Digital en la escuela, se inicia el Proyecto Procomún , haciendo una revisión en profundidad de lo que debería ser en esos momentos un repositorio de recursos. Ofrecer Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA) catalogados, con propuestas metodológicas innovadoras, en formatos estándar, para las diferentes áreas del currículo. ·     Impulsar la utilización y creación de Recursos Educativos con licencias de uso abiertas (Creative Commons) entre los docentes. ·     Impulsar la creación de Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA) en colaboración con las CCAA a través de la federación Agrega2. ·     Impulsar el conocimiento e intercambio de metodologías y experiencias didácticas  entre diferentes agentes educativos (docentes, administraciones educativas, padres, …). ·     Ampliar la oferta de Recursos Educativos Abiertos (REA) mediante la conexión semántica con otras plataformas educativas.
  3. Procomún se construye sobre el nodo del Intef. Se realiza "ontología semántica" sobre los REA alojados en Agrega Se visualizan REA de nodos autonómicos. Sólo 3 en este momento. Representan el 80% de los recursos de la federación Agrega2

  8. ¿Que sigifica ODE? ¿Es igual que REA? ************************************************************** ODE significa Objeto Digital Educativo. Es la terminología usada en Agrega (la hemos heredado) Lo utilizamos como sinónimo de REA, porque están publicados con licencia abierta
