AIESEC is an organization that aims to develop 300 global leaders through international internships and leadership opportunities. It envisions a world with peaceful coexistence and no conflict. AIESEC provides an integrated development experience for members with leadership opportunities, global internships, and a global learning environment to train the next generation of leaders and agents of change. It operates based on values of respecting diversity and providing members a unique global learning environment.
