Title: Beautiful Kaiteretere Beach


My painting is of the beautiful Kaiteretere Beach in the South
Island. It is a bright happy place that you can spend lots of quite
peaceful time with your family.




How does my painting show what is important to my
family? Because we go there every year with four of our friends.
It is a bold brilliant place! We have been going there since I was
three. I love swimming with the sting-rays and my three friends.




How does colour help show these ideas? Because the beach
is usually like that and because the bright yellow sand really
draws my eye into my painting.


How do I feel about my painting? I feel very proud of my
bright colourful painting because it looks like the real thing!
