El Problema
The problem detected is that is doesn’t exist an effective way for beauty
centers to do marketing and get in touch with the beauty lovers so that
they know their products and promotions. Beauty Lovers don’t have a way
to find the treatments they are looking for where it’s more convenient for
them.

Market Size
Just in Buenos Aires, there are thousands of Beauty Centers and hundreds
of thousands of beauty lovers. Beauty is a concern for women and men, of
all ages.

Technology/Solution
There is a first version of the product, which was released to measure how
the beauty centers and beauty lovers reacted to the product and to iterate
from there. This version is really simple as it just allows beauty centers to
register and enter promotions, which are broadcasted to Facebook and
Twitter. Beauty Lovers can search for the different centers and promotions by
treatment and neighbourhood.

Customers/Revenue Model
The customers are the beauty centers and the revenue model is twofold:
Beauty Centers will be able to promote their beauty centers and their
promotions through Esteticia. Promotion will go through different
means (web, newsletter, facebook & twitter)
Beauty Centers will be able to sell their promotions online (Esteticia will
charge a percentage)

Go to Market
Beauty Centers are contacted by email or phone so far, although many of
them have found out the site through Facebook and have register without
contact.
Beauty Lovers are reached via Facebook so far, but the subscriptors are
1.5k so we reach them through newsletter as well. Also, the number of
beauty lovers that access the site through search is increasing each
month.

Competition
Main competitors are Groupon, estilospa, guia-estetica and
bellezafemenina.com, but Esteticia is a different product as it address
specifically the beauty centers niche.

• 1st version released with good results so far

• Esteticia is a product geared towards an increasing market.
• Esteticia is highly scalable, to other cities in Argentina or other countries as
