Organic Food--are foods that are produced using methods of organic farming –
with limited modern synthetic inputs such as synthetic pesticides and chemical.
Low Carb Food– Low Carb Means Low carbohydrate food.
Gluten Free--A gluten-free diet is a diet that excludes foods containing
gluten. Gluten is a protein complex found in wheat, barley, rye and triticale.
Veggie Baked-- These delicious vegetarian bakes are easy to make and
quick to prepare; this is wholly satisfying comfort food.
