This document describes the physical layout and connectivity of the AWAN network. It shows that the Command Headquarters connects to Area Headquarters via leased lines and fiber optics. The Area Headquarters then connects to Division and Brigade Headquarters. It also details the layout of the AWAN Lab and the connectivity between nodes over V.35 cables, copper wire, and fiber optic cables. Routers and firewalls are used to connect different networks and layers of switches are used within each node.
