General Air Products' IEC Line Starter provide
protection to motor windings from harmful currents that
result in temperature rises that may be caused by either
overloading the motor, sustained low line voltage, or
locked rotor.

- We will attempt to troubleshoot the compressor with the contractor on site – in most cases
we are able to identify the problem and recommend a solution that does not involve
replacing / removing the compressor
- If it is determined that the compressor must be returned the contractor
will be asked to contact the company where he purchased the
compressor. They (the distributor) will contact us and an RGA number
will be issued.
- Make sure to properly package the compressor for return

- The RGA Number must be clearly marked on all packages
