• Sport (UK) or sports (US) are all usually forms of competitive physical
activity or games which, through casual or organised participation, aim
to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing
enjoyment to participants, and in some cases, entertainment for
spectators.

• Recreation is an activity of leisure, leisure being discretionary time. The
"need to do something for recreation" is an essential element of human
biology and psychology. Recreational activities are often done for
