Question – What is a Calendarsnack?
Answer – Calendarsnack is a marketing automation tool for sending Calendar
Invitations and tracking the Calendar Receipts for RSVP communications to your
customers Calendar Client.
Question- How would my company create Calendarsnacks to promote
company events?
Answer – Each person in your domain would get the right to create events they
want to promote by using their own calendar clients. This could be for Webinars,
Bootcamps, Live Streaming the Online Conferencing Tool of choice.
Question – How does a person create a Calendarsnack?
#1. Go to your calendar and create a calendar event. Make sure you get all the
information correct in your Calendar Client and then copy us
create@calendarsnack.com. We organize all your requests by the name of the
email address used in your calendar client.
#2. Check your email. You will have received a calendarsnack confirmation from
notification@calendarsnack.com. When you click the button, you go to your
calendarsnack you generated for this event to promote. In the Calendarsnack will
be the Codes and URLS’ for SENDING the Calendar Invite to track RSVP’s.

How long does it take to create a Calendarsnack?
Answer – As long as it takes for you to create the event details in your own
calendar client. The actual creation of the calendarsnack occurs when you copy us
at CREATE@CALENDARSNACK.COM off of your calendar client. That takes about
30 seconds.
Question – How do I license the product for anyone to use in my
company?
Answer - Easy. We track your total calendar invite sends for your company
domain. Anyone in your company can use the service. We have simple plans for
Small Business, Enterprise, Online Business and OEM’s.
Question – What comes in each and every Single Calendarsnack
created?
Answer
#3. When you create the calendar event and copy us to our calendar creation address of
create@calendarsnack.com, you will receive the single CalendarSnack notification email.
#4. There are 13 Calendar Invite SENDING options in each single Calendarsnack to promote
your event. The categories are grouped into Email Templates Codes, Single and Multi-Event
Landing Pages, Web Embed Forms and Bulk Sending of the Calendar Invite.
#5. All calendarsnack events that the organizer generates with the organizers email are tracked
in each Calendarsnack via the built-in reporting interface. All single calendarsnack events can
be accessed in the reporting interface.

Landing Page notifying them that we sent a calendar invite. #3B. Customer is sent the calendar
invite. #4. The Calendar Invite is tracked for calendar receipts from the customer’s calendar. Y,

will then be displayed in the Web Page for Calendar Invite Sending and Tracking by using the
Enter your Email Address Modal.

Question – What are the steps for BULK RSVP sending to an Email List?
Answer. #16. Locate your EVENTID for the Calendar Invite you want to send. Copy it to prepare
for in your .CSV File for BULK. You can use Multiple EVENTID’s in one file if you wish.

Copy the EventID from
the calendarsnack into the Excel or
Google sheets along with the email
address’s. The column headers must be labeled UID
and EMAIL for the event ID and the email address’s.
Save as a .CSV file prior to attaching to your email
sent to bulk@calendarsnack.com .
The columns do
not need to be in any order. Just make sure the
labels are at the top of columns.
You can assign different UID’s to the email address’s if
you want to use one list to send to different events
with one batch file.

Q -How do I send the Bulk RSVP file once I have prepared it?
Answer. #18. Attach the .CSV file to your email and send to BULK@calendarsnack.com. It must
be the name of the organizer who created the calendarsnack. When you send the email to the
BULK address, you will receive a notification via email that we have processed it.
Question – How do I get detailed reporting on a Single Calendar Snack
for the channels I promoted it on?
Answer. #19. Each calendarsnack tracks the calendar receipt data from the customers calendar
client. In the COUNT tab is a masked view of the data. When the Get you Report is clicked, we
send the CSV file to the organizers address who created the calendarsnack. The report tracks
Email, Web and Bulk calendar invitation RSVP’s in detail with the customers email address
shown.
SEND Bulk RSVP Directions
Use the email address of
bulk@calendarsnack.com to SEND the
calendar invite to the attached .CSV list.
You don’t have to put anything in the
Subject Line.
The attached file must be a .CSV with the
2 Columns with names UID and EMAIL.
When you SEND the email will receive a notification
email with information on your BULK Calendar Invite
with status.

access to those with each calendarsnack as a Multi Event Dashboard. You can also save this URL
for navigation to the individual calendarsnacks for SENDING and COUNTING of Calendar Invites.

Question– How is the software built?
Answer – The technology is built on AWS Serverless catalog options.
Question – How come you don’t have a Login to your service?
Answer – Our Service is HEADLESS by design. There is no login to a portal. We use your email
security and CREATE the Calendarsnack based on the users email address and sent the created
calendarsnacks back to that address. All past and future events can be seen in the Reporting
TAB.
Question – How long have you been around?
Answer - 10 Years. We have approximately 2500 users from all over the world.
Question – Where are you located?
Answer – The company is a Colorado S Corporation and an Independent Software Vendor.
(ISV). TechVader is the S corporation that owns 31events.com and Calendarsnack.com.
Question – How much time have you spent developing the technology?
Answer - Approximately- 15,000 Hrs. 3 Band Mates.
Question – Can I get my own White Label edition of the Calendarsnack?
Answer – Yes. Our entire tech stack is available – both front end and back end. We package up
the components of the AWS Service in a YAML file, and the Front End in VUE.JS and can host
this for you and manage it for your own SAAS, or give you the Files under an OEM agreement
and you manage all the components.
