  The Ten Best Practice Techniques
    for Conference Call Etiquette
1. Find a quiet environment.

• Oil the squeaky chair
• Turn off noisy appliances
• Don’t stay in an open plan office
• Be aware of kids and pets
• Use a land line, not mobile/cell
• Turn off other phones
• Turn off audio on your computer
