3. The Team Enrichment Challenge Course is a custom high
ropes course structure designed to enhance the total team
experience of the adventure program.

4. Designed for total team involvement,
it combines the team development
concepts of the low ropes course with
the adventure and confidence building
of the high challenge course.

5. All course components are designed for use
with 2 to 10 participants at the same time.

6. Individual growth is enhanced through
team support, while facing fears, perceived
limits, and appropriate risk taking.

7. The Course is developed to meet the
specific program needs of Pocono Plateau.

8. Course components focus on team
development, creative problem solving,
and communication.

9. What is needed?
• Prayer Support as we move forward.
• Financial Support – estimated cost is $100 - $125K.
• Sharing with others – this new course will provide
new opportunities for Pocono Plateau!
