4. The Barangay Cabancalan of Mandaue City is composed of 9 sitios with an estimated number of 540 households. The barangay council Health & Sanitation committee has a project on communal toilets. The barangay council , thru the principal of the school, commissioned the students to conduct a survey in their community on the accessibility of toilet the family has (private, communal, no toilet), its water facilities and how it is being used. PROJECT CHALLENGE
5. Your task will be to: A. Survey 1. Your team will visit the Barangay Hall and ask for a copy of the statistical record of the total number of households in the barangay. 2. Make a schedule planner on the number of households you will visit per day, basing on the statistical record you got from the Barangay Hall. Divide your team accordingly by the number of sitios in the Barangay.
6. 3. Go to every household in the Barangay and conduct a survey on the accessibility of toilet the family has (private, communal, no toilet) and how it is being used, and its water facilities. Take pictures for documentation using a digital camera.(rubric) 4. Exchange information with each other by conducting a teleconference through an Instant Messenger (Yahoo! Or Skype) and pool the analyzed data, then make a data table of the survey made. Provide a graphical representation. (rubric) 5. Submit and present a digital storytelling of your report to the barangay council.(rubric)

Public Awareness Campaign Conduct a public awareness campaign on: b.1 the health risks of inaccessibility and improper use of toilets to one’s health; b.2 the health benefits of accessibility and proper use of toilets with sufficient water supply through PowerPoint presentation. .(rubrics) (rubric for public awareness campaign)
