• Job Facilitator needs a way to help
students to be responsible for their
behavior because this is the crucial key for
success in work.

• Based on the most practical idea
– Use posters to remind students the
importance of to be a responsible person
• I design two poster ， one use quotation
about responsibility ， the other one is a
hand drawing to stimulate student to think
the importance of being responsible
