Why Trail Running?
1. You love hiking and want to find an exercise activity that builds fitness and gets
   you outdoors, but provides more of a workout.
2. You've been hitting the gym for years (or it seems that long) and are getting a
   little tired of the rat-on-a-treadmill monotony.
3. You're a dedicated runner, but your body's feeling the wear and tear of pounding asphalt.
4. Cross Training, - you’ve been spinning for years and are ready to work those muscles differently!
5. You want to become familiar with the beautiful trails in our area.

  Three scenarios, one solution: trail running. It will put you out in the woods in a totally different state of
    mind than running on the road, not to mention it's easier on your body than pounding the pavement.
                          This Nature Trail Training Program combining running with strength training and
                          body conditioning will have you running effortlessly along
                         rugged trails while improving muscular strength, coordina-
                         tion and mind-body awareness through connection with the
                                             outdoors and nature.
                         Step up your workout as we use strength training, traditional
                          calisthenics, balance and coordination training in one moti-
