Why Trail Running?

mind than running on the road, not to mention it's easier on your body than pounding the pavement.
This Nature Trail Training Program combining running with strength training and
body conditioning will have you running effortlessly along
rugged trails while improving muscular strength, coordina-
tion and mind-body awareness through connection with the
outdoors and nature.
