more productive. Travis Smith suggests checking your
messages in the morning and afternoon to organize and
delete spam, but only responding at night once everything
else has been handled.

8. Clean Up
A desk in disarray increases levels of stress thereby
decreasing productivity. Be sure to clean up messes as
they happen and keep things organized. Better yet, scan
necessary papers to have access to them electronically
and cut down on the paper trail.

9. This Day Only
Meetings are time consuming. Depending on the subject,
they can take a lot of resources and energy, and leave you
depleted to handle matters effectively for the remainder
of the day. Sherman Lee at Good Sense suggests picking a
set day on which you will handle meetings, leaving the rest
