How does a healthcare system strengthen its bond with the community it serves?

With six hospitals and more than 18,000 employees in its family, Baycare Health 
System understood the responsibility it held as a leading healthcare provider in the 
Tampa Bay area. Despite its hospitals having deep roots in their communities, 
Baycare did not enjoy the kind of awareness that would allow the parent company to 
better inform the public that it was in capable and caring hands at a Baycare facility.

The company needed to tell its story. 
! 
Grownman Brand worked closely with Baycare in creating more than 50 heartfelt 
videos that conveyed the commitment and passion the Baycare family demonstrates 
each day in making its community a healthier place.
Bariatrics 
This series of physician bio-sketches proved to a vital first step in building a trusting 
relationship between bariatric surgeons and their patients.
Community Benefit 
As a not-for-profit organization, serving the community 
with free programs is a hallmark value of Baycare.
CAPSS (Cancer Patient Support Services) 
Baycare provides free support groups for cancer patients and their families.
Morton Plant North Bay Hospital 
This emotional fundraising video follows a patient's care at one of Baycare's leading hospitals.
Recruiting 
Baycare is widely regarded as one of the best hospital systems in 
the country to work for. The many recruiting videos Grownman
