Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bach

Mr Bach is a founding shareholder of AsiaInvest Group. He is a gifted
expert in corporate governance and finance. Bach has worked for over
15 years in financial area including 11 years as Chief Financial Officer for
Multinational Corporations and Telecommunication Firms in Vietnam
(TNT, Hutchison Telecom, HT Mobile). Mr Bach was recently promoted
as Deputy Secretary General of Vietnam Association of Corporate
Directors (VACD) and Director of Vietnam CFO Club (VCFO).
Bach holds a Bachelor Degree from Hanoi University of Finance and
Accounting, and an MBA from Pacific Western University (USA). He also
completed various courses in business management from RMIT
University (Australia), James Madison University (USA), the Netherlands
Academy of Management Technology...

Mr Hung is a founding shareholder of AsiaInvest Group. He has many
years of consulting experience in finance, banking, law, and securities.
Before set up his own business in AsiaInvest, Hung held several
positions in other companies: CFO in the Northern area of Mai Linh
Group; Director of Capital Financial Consultancy Company; Investment
Director of Vinafins Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company...
Mr Hung is now in charge of Investment and Capital Arrangement of
AsiaInvest.
Hung graduated from Hanoi University of Law in 1997. In 2001, he was
granted a scholarship under the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program
in Applied Economics and Public Policy, Kennedy School of Government
at Harvard University (USA).

Mr Thanh is a founding shareholder of AsiaInvest Group. Thanh has
worked for over 10 years in finance and accounting as Chief
Accountant, Head of Finance – Accounting Department in JV and
100% foreign invested companies in Vietnam. Mr Thanh is now
responsible for AsiaInvest’s Southern Branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
Thanh graduated from University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City in
Finance and Accounting. He also completed Training Program for
Finance Manager (MFM) of the United State Academy of Finance.

Mr Cong has been engaging for many years in construction and real
estate investment. Before joining AsiaInvest, Cong held several
positions in other companies: Deputy Director of Dai Duong Tourism –
Trading Company, Deputy Head of Project Department of Hanoi
Housing Development General Corporation, Deputy Director of
Factory No 8 of Investment and Housing Development Company No 9,
Head of Investment-Develpment Department of Bach Dang
Investment and Construction JSC No 8 under the Bach Dang
Construction Corporation... Mr Cong is now in charge of real estate
consultancy and business services.
Cong graduated from Department of Tourism, University of Natural
Sciences in 1996 and Hanoi University of Law in 2000.

Mr. Nghia has been working for over 10 years in financial advisory including 5
years as a FAS Consulting Manager in Deloitte Vietnam. He successfully
managed and executed many consulting contracts on internal control system
development, financial analysis, management solution, enterprise
restructuring, company valuation, and equitization… for big corporations such
as Vietnam Insurance Corporation, Bao Minh Insurance Company, Sai Gon Beer
Alcohol Beverage Corporation – Sabeco, Hanoi Alcohol Beer and Beverage
Company – Habaco, Vietnam Cement Corporation, Petro Vietnam, VNPT,
Vietnam Aviation Corporation… Nghia also extended his expertise advice on
tax and import-export activities to many ODA projects and foreign invested
enterprises. He is now in charge of M&A Consultancy and Corporate Finance in
AsiaInvest.
Nghia graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance in the
Netherlands; holds Master Degree in Banking and Finance from Dauphine
University Paris and European School of Management (ESCP-EAP). Nghia is
among the first receiver of “National Price Evaluation Card” in Vietnam

earned dynamic experience after 10 years working with foreign
partners and international organisations. He is also in charge of
Deputy of Foreign affairs and Public relation Department,
International Cooperation of Vietnam Association of Corporate
Directors (VACD).
Khue was educated in language. He subsequently acquired a tertiary
education in linguistics in University of Social Sciences and
Humanities, Hanoi National University, and an MBA from La Trobe
University, Australia. Khue also completed courses for conference
interpreter in European Commission, Belgium; Socio-Cultural Issues
Specialist Course in Westminster University - UK, Dublin City

He has extensive experience dealing with large international MNCs,
property development companies, hotel groups, architect firms, interior
designers, M&E Consultants, hotels and hospitality management
companies as clients and project partners
Mr. Jason Lien graduated with Bachelor Degree of Applied Science
Construction Management - RMIT University - Australian and Master
Degree of Business Administration - RMIT University. Mr. Jason Lien is
