The Lewis Hamilton Foundation aims to improve opportunities for children and young people living in poverty or ill health through funding existing charities and developing its own programs. It seeks to provide life experiences and skills to help young people pursue their dreams, as Lewis Hamilton did in becoming a Formula 1 driver through support from his family and others. The foundation also supports charities helping seriously ill children, children with disabilities, and those trying to escape poverty.

• Aims to improve the lives and opportunities of
children and young people who have a dream
and are living in ill-health or poverty.
• Provides funding to existing good causes and

people and their families can develop the tools and skills
to create their own paths and realise their dreams.
• For Lewis, becoming a Formula 1 racing driver was his
sole focus in life from the age of 7. With the help of his
family and others who believed in him he realised his
dream. He is now one of the world's most successful,
inspirational athletes.
