Il Corso si sviluppa su tre moduli progressivi e consecutivi. Gli allievi possono scegliere se iniziare dalla prima settimana, raggiungere il corso alla seconda settimana (Modulo Avanzato) o frequentare solo le ultime due settimane (Modulo Master).  Per ogni Corso verra' emesso un Certificato di Frequenza dal Training College. Il Certificato di frequenza Master verra' emesso solo a chi ha frequentato tutte le quattro settimane di Corso. Docenti Alberto Vettoretti The Training College of the National Statistics Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (Shenzhen  Branch C BE   China Business Education ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Alberto Vettoretti    Alberto was born in Italy and educated in the UK where he spent over 5 years obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Chinese, Economics and Management (Durham) and an MBA (Staffordshire). He has been a resident in China for over ten years and speaks and writes fluent Mandarin, Italian, English and Spanish. Alberto is in charge of managing and developing operations for the firm Dezan Shira & Associates (  www.dezshira.com  ) in China, Hong Kong and Vietnam as well as consulting over investment, legal and tax issues in the different jurisdictions. He is currently the Chairman of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China – Pearl River Delta Chapter after having served for 4 years on the national Board of Directors of the China Italy Chamber of Commerce with responsibility for South China

He is a trainer and business coach, being a NLP Master, and is currently acting as Senior consultant for Keen Score International,  www.keenscore.com  ,  an Hong Kong and China based Consulting Company, and as a memebr of the Italian Desk of Dezan Shira  & Associates,  www.dezshira.com , the largest China based - European owned - consulting Company, where he is in charge of strategic, operative and commercial sectors on behalf of Italian Small and Medium Enterprises. Furthermore, he acts in the HR field, as a head hunter of middle and high level Managers for relocated European Companies He lives both in China and Italy.
Docenti Zoe Zhou The Training College of the National Statistics Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (Shenzhen  Branch C BE   China Business Education ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Zoe Zhou practiced Chinese law in Guangzhou before formally joining Dezan & Shira as Manager of Advisory Department, assisting successfully a lot of foreign invested enterprise in PRD region with their set up, restructuring or acquisition. Her particular field of expertise is company law, FDI, M & A, IP law and labour law. Zoe graduated from Jilin University in 2003 with a master's degree. She has also studied at Johns Hopkins University- Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies for one year (2001-2002). As one of the most experienced lawyer in Dezan Shira & Associates, (  www.dezshira.com   ) Zoe leads BAS project for our clients through the whole South China, including legal Due Diligences, M&A, restructuring, Wholly Foreign Owned and Joint Ventures companies set up.
Docenti Stefano Pipino The Training College of the National Statistics Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (Shenzhen  Branch C BE   China Business Education ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Stefano Pipino is currently the Managing Director of Bridge Shing International (  www.bridgeshine.com  ) He has been working in international trade for more than 10 years, founding BSI together with Vicki Ding in 2000. Mr. Pipino has been active in a variety of international social, trade and investment organizations. He was vice chairman of the China Italy Chamber of Commerce from March 2004 to March 2008, and was chosen to serve as vice chairman of the Shenzhen Chamber of Investment in July 2005 and vice Chairman of the China Chamber of International Commerce in Shenzhen (CCOIC).  Mr. Pipino also serves as an Investment Advisor to the Guangzhou municipal government; Foreign Expert to the Shenzhen municipal government; and Investment Consultant to the World Trade Assets Market, a global platform for asset investment. Mr. Pipino has been appointed in 2008 by the Consul General of Italy as Italian Consular Correspondent in Shenzhen
Docenti Rosario Di Maggio The Training College of the National Statistics Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (Shenzhen  Branch C BE   China Business Education ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Rosario is responsible for handling international clients of Dezan Shira  & Associates  in the Greater Pearl River Delta, including the cities of Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan and Hong Kong among others. He arrived in China in 2004 and after a work experience with the European Chamber of Commerce in China, joined Dezan Shira in May 2006.   He is bilingual in Italian and French and fluent in English and Spanish, holds a Master degree in International relations and developing countries from the University of Bologna and attended a second level Master course at the University of Turin focused on China Business. Rosario liaises with our in-house team of Business Advisory and Corporate Accounting personnel as an interface with our international clients for their investment strategies and implementation of their investments in Guangzhou and Great Pearl River Delta.

Docenti Stefano Pipino The Training College of the National Statistics Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (Shenzhen Branch C BE China Business Education ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Stefano Pipino is currently the Managing Director of Bridge Shing International ( www.bridgeshine.com ) He has been working in international trade for more than 10 years, founding BSI together with Vicki Ding in 2000. Mr. Pipino has been active in a variety of international social, trade and investment organizations. He was vice chairman of the China Italy Chamber of Commerce from March 2004 to March 2008, and was chosen to serve as vice chairman of the Shenzhen Chamber of Investment in July 2005 and vice Chairman of the China Chamber of International Commerce in Shenzhen (CCOIC).  Mr. Pipino also serves as an Investment Advisor to the Guangzhou municipal government; Foreign Expert to the Shenzhen municipal government; and Investment Consultant to the World Trade Assets Market, a global platform for asset investment. Mr. Pipino has been appointed in 2008 by the Consul General of Italy as Italian Consular Correspondent in Shenzhen

Docenti Rosario Di Maggio The Training College of the National Statistics Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (Shenzhen Branch C BE China Business Education ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Rosario is responsible for handling international clients of Dezan Shira & Associates in the Greater Pearl River Delta, including the cities of Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan and Hong Kong among others. He arrived in China in 2004 and after a work experience with the European Chamber of Commerce in China, joined Dezan Shira in May 2006.   He is bilingual in Italian and French and fluent in English and Spanish, holds a Master degree in International relations and developing countries from the University of Bologna and attended a second level Master course at the University of Turin focused on China Business. Rosario liaises with our in-house team of Business Advisory and Corporate Accounting personnel as an interface with our international clients for their investment strategies and implementation of their investments in Guangzhou and Great Pearl River Delta.
