1. Evaluation Looking back to your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?
2. Front page: The front page of my preliminary task consisted of dark bold colours which I realised were a bit too dark and the colours did not blend enough. However, during the process of my media product I used brighter colours to attract the audience. The layout of the preliminary task was not organised and messy, slightly childish aswell, whereas the front cover of my front page was in sections. The image on my preliminary task was disproportionate to the rest of the page, this was due to the fact that I had not yet done enough research on real media products so I was unfamiliar. The typography on the preliminary task was taking up the whole space whereas the images should have been overtaking.

4. Contents page: Similarly the contents page used completely brighter colours, even though it was not in the same theme as the front page. Before I did the real contents page of my media product, I had little understanding of what I was suppose to find on one, so I wrote page numbers and the names next to it, however after my research and analysis I had a wider knowledge of what I needed to do to organise my contents page, I also added an extra image of a female to attract wider audiences.

6. Conclusion: Overall, looking back at my preliminary task I learnt that being inexperienced will affect the product and planning and research played a huge role in making decisions during the production.
