Introduction
Aerobics Aerobicsis a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness flexibility muscular strength cardio-vascular fitness
There are many types of aerobics such as: Low impact aerobic Water/aqua aerobics Step aerobic Dance aerobics Sports aerobics Etc.
What part of the body does dancing aerobics target? Aerobic targets the whole body. (Targets any part of the body that you want to slim) Cardio- Heart
METHODS LOCATIONS:WALTON COUNTY FITNESS CENTER 24 HOURS DATE :  SEPTEMBER 12, 2009 TIME:  7:30 TILL 9:30 P.M. DATA COLLECTED: INTERVIEWED THREE PEOPLE. OBSERVED PARTICIPANTS
RESEARCH METHODS I INTERVIEWED THREE  PEOPLE WITH THESE QUESTIONS. Do You Need Special Equipment? Can Anyone Attend Class or Are There Restrictions? What is the Price? How long did it take to notice that the work out was working? How dedicated were you?
Results The warm up lasted for 30 minutes The first session lasted 1 hour. The  second session lasted for 30 minutes. 17 people attended 15 women and 2men All were adults over the age of 25 12 people were white, 5 were African American
Discussion:Anthropological Terms & Definitions I observed the core values: Most of the aerobics students in the class had the same beliefs of working hard and having good results for that. The participants also used good work ethics: all of the students worked hard
Discussion:Personal Observations I chose this research because I always wanted to see what my mom did when she went to aerobics class she always came home happy and excited. So I finally ask her and I thought it would be a good idea for this assignment. The experience was more than what I expected.  I think I might participate in aerobic class in the future, especially dancing aerobics cause I really enjoyed watching the people have fun and working out also.
Conclusion The experience really changed the way I felt about aerobic classes. Seeing my mom coming home happy I thought in my mind “What can you possibly get out of dancing and bouncing on a big ball for a 2 hours”. Because I am a athlete and I participated in a lot of high school sports I didn’t think aerobics class was  just as hard as football practice.

  • 8. Results The warm up lasted for 30 minutes The first session lasted 1 hour. The second session lasted for 30 minutes. 17 people attended 15 women and 2men All were adults over the age of 25 12 people were white, 5 were African American
  • 9. Discussion:Anthropological Terms & Definitions I observed the core values: Most of the aerobics students in the class had the same beliefs of working hard and having good results for that. The participants also used good work ethics: all of the students worked hard
  • 10. Discussion:Personal Observations I chose this research because I always wanted to see what my mom did when she went to aerobics class she always came home happy and excited. So I finally ask her and I thought it would be a good idea for this assignment. The experience was more than what I expected. I think I might participate in aerobic class in the future, especially dancing aerobics cause I really enjoyed watching the people have fun and working out also.
  • 11. Conclusion The experience really changed the way I felt about aerobic classes. Seeing my mom coming home happy I thought in my mind “What can you possibly get out of dancing and bouncing on a big ball for a 2 hours”. Because I am a athlete and I participated in a lot of high school sports I didn’t think aerobics class was just as hard as football practice.
