How to Effectively Deal With Angry Clients…
1.   Don’t take it personally.
2.   Listen Carefully.
3.   Empathize.
4.   Make amends, repeat the problem back to them and find solutions to help.
5.  Apologize if necessary, and follow through with their complaints and issues. Learn from the experience and don’t forget to congratulate yourself for being able to diffuse the anger and regain mutual client/therapist respect and trust.
