9. M2MAIL : How it works ?
• A lot of users already have one or several personal
email addresses at ISPs or Webmails (Hotmail, Yahoo,
Gmail…)
1. M2Mail regularly polls user email accounts to retrieve
new emails…
2. … and push the messages directly to the user’s mobile
phone as MMS, SMS…
3. All aJachments in the original emails can be read on
the mobile phone (image, video, Office files…)
4. When the user replies to an email received on his
email account, the « from » address of his reply will be
his original email address.
5. When the user sends an email from his mobile phone,
his regular email address is to be used in the « from »
field.
6. M2Mail converts outgoing MMS from mobile phone
into emails, including text body, mulTmedia parts, and
adding adverTsing into the message.
