A Forum for dialogue on water Solutions are first and foremost of a political nature and must be found by reinforcing dialogue between: Governments Parliamentarians Local Authorities Inter-governmental Organisations/United Nations NGOs/Civil Society/ Users Public and Private Companies Professionals/Scientists/ Experts
Thematic Process: mobilize stakeholders to bring about shared targets, solutions and strong commitments Regional Process : mobilize regional partners to implement and strengthen action in the world’s large regions Political Process: mobilize key actors to make water a top priority in local, national and global political agendas (ministerial, parliamentarians, local/regional authorities) Grassroots and Citizenship Process : mobilize youth and civil society to raise awareness on a critical mass scale The Four Preparation Processes

Thematic Process: mobilize stakeholders to bring about shared targets, solutions and strong commitments Regional Process : mobilize regional partners to implement and strengthen action in the world’s large regions Political Process: mobilize key actors to make water a top priority in local, national and global political agendas (ministerial, parliamentarians, local/regional authorities) Grassroots and Citizenship Process : mobilize youth and civil society to raise awareness on a critical mass scale The Four Preparation Processes
