signing the new dealer agreement with the
new name by an official letter from Mr.
Shintani.
• Correspondences between Alissa and Isuzu
Motors updating the progress of establishing
the new company.

new company name.
• The dealer agreement is essential for registering the
dealership at Ministry of Trade and for participating
in governmental tenders.
