• Employee engagement is the extent to which employees feel valued and
involved in their everyday work
• An Employee Engagement Survey is a set of survey questions directed
towards an organization's employees such that the survey seeks to
understand the level of engagement of these employees with the
organization at large.
• Employee Engagement Survey is a useful way of gathering insight into what
is important to your employees.

• Gives an open feedback system for employees to voice their opinion.
• Measure how much an employee participates in company’s workings
• Helps you locate areas to improve upon to retain employees.
• Helps in setting a road map for the organizations growth
• It’s an important indicator of the health of your business.

• Provide a timeline

• Are you proud to be a member of your team?

• Do you have a good understanding of informal structures and processes at the
organization?
