FIRE RETARDANT
Fire design is considered in resistance for units (from room to room) and for fire areas (fire proof self standing
stairways dividing the whole building), as well as studying carefully alarm and evacuation. We stand from basis of
60 minutes resistance for a unit to allow fire transmission. If rooms are modular two times that time is estimated.
