JOB DESCIPTION :-
 Handling all the visas procedures In the free zone and MOL and making the Submission of correct
documentation to Dubai Silicone Oasis, the Ministry Of Labor and Immigration for visa
applications and other various services from the Government Agencies.
 Organize periodic renewal of Licenses/Chamber of Commerce/Lease
Agreement/Registration with various Government and Private Organizations (Leader
Healthcare Fzco & Leader Medical Supplies Trading LLC)
 Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of
Licenses to take place when completed
 Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee
official paperwork
 Arrange medical tests, passport renewals, Visa and labor card process
 Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels,
Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance
with services such as mobile & landline phone services
(connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, electricity & Water departments
 Updating the cancellation of employee’s record at Immigration and arranging refund
of security deposits.
 Accompany the employee as they enter or exit the country.
 Arrange All the security Approvals in Army and All Gate passes for Army sites
 Reporting to the police with any issue with customers .
 Following up for any case for the company in the court .
 Arranging all the documents and helping the local lawyer in all court work
 From Dec.2012 till mar. 2014 working as Public Relation Office (PRO) in Jams Group
in (JAMS FZE IN Jebel Ali Free Zone) AND ( JAMS Contracting ) Dubai - U.A.E
- Handling all the visas procedures with ( MOL ) and (DNRD) AND JAFZA .
- Handles all the work with the immigration and all government departments
- Organize periodic renewal of Licenses
- Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications
- Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place
when completed .
- Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
