TGR Happyness Circle
TGR Happyness Circle is an association of like-minded people who
want to be happy, stay happy and promote this in their circle of
influence.
 Members recognise that happiness is a birthright and everyone is
entitled to it.
Happiness has the power to attract health, wealth and success.


Five Action Principles to realise happiness


How it works

Connect: With yourself and with the people around you; at home, work,
or community. Building these connections will support and enrich you.
Be active: Go for a walk or run. Play a game. Exercising makes you feel
good. Discover an activity that suits your level of mobility and fitness
Keep Learning: Try something new. Take on a different responsibility at
work. Set a challenge you will enjoy achieving. Learning new things will
make you more confident as well as being fun.
Be aware: Be curious. Catch sight of the beautiful. Notice the changing
seasons. Be aware of the world around you and what you are feeling.
Give: Do something nice for a friend, or a stranger. Thank someone.
Smile. Volunteer your time. Seeing yourself, and your happiness, linked to
the wider community can be incredibly rewarding.

TGR Happyness Circle is a forum which meets every week on a fixed
day and time where members can learn and practise these 5 action
principles.
 TGR also offers a year-round calendar of activities, workshops,
events, trips & programs designed to lead a happy, healthy and
successful life.
 TGR Members can attend the weekly meet of any chapter in any
location for free
 Chapters will be opened across India in the next few years


Started on Aug 15th 2012 in Chennai, India, over 100 people are already
part of this movement in just 3 months.
But their mission is to reach the 5 million member mark in 5 years.
This will help spread techniques and tools required to find each one’s
inner happiness thus improving the quality of life of their families as
well as their community.


Can you give?
Your help and support is needed to increase the momentum of this
movement.
Individual Sponsors: Rs 2,000/- or multiples per member
Sponsor Donors: Rs 50,000/- or multiples (25 members benefit)
Corporate Sponsors: Rs 1,00,000/ (you can sponsor up to 50 members)
You can nominate the members or you can have TGR do that for you.

Gift happiness today

Larger purpose
To educate first-generation learners who are between 2.5 yrs and 8 yrs
from poor families so as to install the genes that will develop them into
positive and well-rounded adults.
This will involve opening of Montessori schools in slums where the
children will also get free food and clothing.
When TGR membership reaches 5 million mark, more than 100,000
children would be benefitting from this program.
