Philippines: Ban on donations to schools: Philippines Education Department has issued a circular, Order No.6/2012, restricts interaction of officials with the tobacco industry and includes a prohibition of the tobacco industry contributing funds. Thailand: Ban donations to government organizations: by Cabinet decision ban both donation and publicity of CSR by TI to government agencies. Positive move in the region
