HATCH! PROGRAM OVERVIEW
HATCH! PROGRAM is a start-up incubator and a social enterprise. We are focusing on creating
competitive, innovative and potential Vietnamese start-ups, as well as building a strong startup ecosystem in Vietnam. HATCH! PROGRAM consists of three pillars with three teams:
Community Building, Start-up Incubation and Start-up Seed-Funding.
Community Building
The team focuses on creating values for start-ups by connecting resources, simulating sharing
and building community around the startups scene in Vietnam. Its activities are: HATCH!
OPEN weekly coffee talk, Start-up course, Competition and an annual start-up conference and
exhibition HATCH! FAIR.
Start-up Incubation
The team adds an exceptional value to startup as a product (and prototype) accelerator. Its
activities focus on providing mentorship and hands-on works for 3 months in order to
actualize an initial start-up model into a realistic and feasible business plan. This plan then
will be supported, with seed-funding and advisory, to be realized as a running start-up.
Start-up Seed-funding
The team works on due diligence and support potential startups with necessary seed-funding.

1. Start-up Incubation Team
1.1 Account Manager <Hanoi: 1 position, HCMC: 1 position>
The Account Manager will be the main coordinator supporting the communication and
management system between one incubated startup and one board of mentors.

The External Relations Coordinator is to create and manage the relationship with an
organization’s external stakeholders and support the Marketing and PR activities.
