24. It has already helped me assist borrowers with questions about the Internet and the resources the Library is offering.

26. I looked at the whole process as a dare - if the rest of the staff could do this, so could I as a representative of the over-60 crowd!

28. The most eye-opening part of Learning 2.0 for me has been the variety of ways that people can engage with each other socially online.

42. Support staff learning & encourage all members of staff (especially mgmt & support) to participate. .

44. Allow participants to blog anonymously. .

45. Communicate regularly using 1.0 methods

46. Focus on discovery & encourage challenges.

47. Encourage staff to use each other and work together.

48. Remember that’s it not about acceptance or “doing it right”. It’s about exposure!

49. Find funding for incentives – huge ROI!!!

50. Practice transparency and radical trust.
