investigating wrapping: when companies use data and analytics to increase the
customer value of a product. Findings derived from this study will help us
understand how companies use wrapping to generate financial returns and build
competitive advantage.
The ideal person to answer this survey is a Product Manager, or someone
responsible for generating revenues from products.
Your identity and responses will be kept confidential by MIT CISR. Data will be
used solely to create aggregate statistics. At the end of the survey you may
request a summary of the study results. The survey should take you
approximately 20 minutes to complete.
