As you can appreciate - ICT Professionals are at the centre of the framework (reflecting the fact that this is their framework) Four key components – reflecting the building blocks of our original research initiative Boks Ethics / Codes of Conduct Education competences E-CF (shown in green at the bottom) actually resides between both education and competences – reflecting its pivotal role in the framework.
