Zendesk and Service Cloud are great platforms. Both allow rendering multichannel support, creating a self-service center and many other ways to improve customer service.
However, one thing that's good about Service Cloud (the complicated nature of the platform aside) is that you get a highly customizable tool. You're free to tailor it to your discretion.
So, now that you've decided to start using Salesforce Service Cloud, how do you migrate all the data?
With our tool it all boils down to a few simple steps:
1) Connecting the platforms
2) Choosing what data to migrate
3) Matching up Zendesk and Salesforce ticket fields
4) Testing your migration
5) Migrating all data
