All Students to HANG WORK (no exceptions to this!) THURS (March 13th) KTGY GALLERY 9-11AM & 12-2 PM
• 21 Total Student Projects to Review (3 PROJECTS from each design studio)

! PRESENTATION SPACE
o ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR WORK PINNED UP BY NO LATER THAN THURSDAY BY 2PM (NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS! IF YOU ARE NOT UP,
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRESENT TO JURY ON FRIDAY.) Students SHALL PINUP IN DESIGNATED SPACES.
o Each student has 4’ Wide x 8’ Height pin up space + 4’ Depth from Wall for models.
PRESENTATION SUMMARY: 30 minutes for each studio presentation block —
- 2 mins. For ECS/Design Instructors Overview
- 9 mins. For Student Project Overviews (3 students @ 3 minutes each)
- 19 mins. For Jurors Questions/Comments for ALL 3 Projects
! PRESENTATION TIME BLOCKS [Presentations are in alphabetical order by instructor. PLEASE CONFIRM TIME SLOT!]
o TOTAL TIME ALLOCATION per STUDIO is 30 minutes. This time includes instructor’s overviews, students’ presentations and jury comments.
o EACH STUDENT will be allowed NO MORE THAN 3 minutes each to provide overview of project. Students will present IN SESSION and then critics
will review these THREE projects together.
o INSTRUCTORs (Design + ECS) will introduce the studio project with a NO MORE THAN a 2-minute overview.
! PRESENTATION STRATEGY
o Each student should provide enough of the project’s site context along with explaining the design process to get to the final state of development
for project. Students’ are encouraged to bring edited props as needed (process models, early sketches, precedent studies, etc.) to tell the FULL
STORY of their project. Faculty coaching is strongly encouraged to assist students in preparing presentations and filling in gaps in the project’s
story telling and keeping to the established time limits for presenting of work.

KTGY Gallery Diagram* (The actual gallery will be clearly labeled for placement of ALL student work)
*This diagram is not to scale and is an approximate location for where students will pin up work per studio section.
Each project has 32 SF of pin-up space = 4’ wide by 8’ high. However, back wall (Lange and Wynn) has a clerestory above, so
pin-up space is only 6’ high. These students can either be 5’ 4” wide x 6’ or have an additional 2’ high by 4’ wide area to the
right of their 4’ wide x 6’ high wall, if this space is needed.
