During the past 15 years, I have created business value through software. I started out in R & D of the ERP industry and then went on to IT consultancy. Worked my way through the software development process in roles as programmer, tester, system analyst, test manager, product manager and service area manager. Currently working on how to create more efficient, effective and sustainable transport systems for an urban globalized and fragile world. My favorite toolbox at the moment contains "loyalty/gamification" mechanics and public and non public "big data" resources.
