3. Takeaways
Design thinking is more than just what you think. The ideas and
solutions can become more complete when the environment is
considered and when other people are involved, even as just testers.
5. Takeaways
You learn more and produce more working as a team, instead of doing
it all alone. You can trade info, learnings, doubts, and by the way there
are more people to encourage you and help, besides making new
contacts.

Reflect Inside
Meet and Learn
How is my workspace?
I never thought on the method I use to solve problems
Now, define.
Ideate, man!
Create and Test
7. Process Map
Reflect Inside
I find it difficult the exercise of looking inside and reflect about my expectations on a course, work or project.
This first step was very important to put myself in focus for this course, and it actually helped me a lot.
Surely this reflection proved it’s importance for me.
8. Process Map
Meet and Learn
When looking for a team to be part of, I found a lot of Brazilian groups made only by brazilians. My first thought was to join one of them,
but then a stared and realized that I could have the opportunity to interact with people from a lot of different countries, which would be
more interesting and challenging than working with people of the same culture. I really enjoyed it.
9. Process Map
How is my workspace?
I haven’t reflect how the workspace influences A LOT in the creative process. Now I know the best way to organize and set my
workspace in a way it will help improve my daily work, instead of being just a space.
10. Process Map
I never thought on the method I use to solve problems
It’s true. I never thought. I realized that having a process to follow in order to bring a solution is much effective than doing it without a
plan. I’m sure I’ll be better prepared to solve the problems that will follow.
11. Process Map
Now, define.
The part I most liked in this assignment was the interview. You can learn a lot of things, A LOT of things.
Passion, ideas, thoughts, complains, dreams, problems - you’ll never know it if there is know interview.
Sometimes we plan in the projects in our workspace and forget how are the people we are doing the project for.
Maybe the interview process will make the project take a total inverse direction cuz the reality can be different than what you had
thought.
12. Process Map
Ideate, man!
Create ideas is fun, but challenging. But at all, it’s an cool process and requires a ‘simplify’ quality to gather all the insights, interviews,
data, definitions, and come with ideas that solve them all.
13. Process Map
Create and Test
When I finally decided the best ideas and created a prototype, I felt realized. It’s really fun and also challenging to prototype and make
real the idea you defined as a solution. Also, it’s ‘mindopening’ to get off the computer and really create something that might be the
solution, even if the final product will be something digital, making it with your own hands gets you really into to it, deeper than in digital,
which helps you understand at all the best ways to finalize the product, creatively.
14. Design Thinking Reflection
I’m daily working in projects that have an impact to people, in the digital market, either the college or at work.
This course gave me mindsets and helped me create my own process to solve problems. And that’s kickass
awesome. When you depend on others’ process or methods, the work process gets very limited.
I can assure that I’m more prepare and confident on my creative process now, knowing how to identify where I am,
the objectives and how can I achieve them.
Another thing very important is the collaboration, in two ways - with your group/team; with people outside your spot
that might give you insights, even as just interviewees. This step is really important for the final results of the
product, and when you realize that the involvement of others can help and elevate your work, the project as a whole
becomes complete and real.
