The sites appearance shows great originality as it is different from that of its competitors. The site is well organized, thought out, and user friendly.

7. One addition that would benifit both Bing and its customers would be an email service. Although Microsoft already provides emails with @live.com and @hotmail.com. Bing would benefit with an @bing.com. This would help against its competitors google and yahoo who provide their users with email. Another addition that would help benifit Bing is to allow their service to run as the default search engine to Apple users. Although unlikely that Apple and Microsoft would agree to such terms it would provide Bing with a greater number of users.
