They can move mountains, people are in awe of their abilities to figure out what needs to b done and then to just do it! They like: Overcome obstacles/ Take control of people and situations Exhibit firmness in relationship with others/Juggle three things at once, and when you are comfortable pick up a fourth Deal quickly with practical problems/ Work quickly by yourself Change - it is usually you who initiates it /To work hard and often /Thrive on crisis and controversy To display killer instinct and beat the odds They dislike: Small talk/Delays/People that talk about producing results in not doing it Wasting time /Touchy-feely people Others that are not as able or motivated as you are/Inefficiency and indecision Weakness in others and themselves/ Inaction /Losing control over the environment/Boredom/Being Tied to routine
