What problems, challenges a young Uni lecturer has to face and accomplish? it was a unique topic given to me and my colleagues and Thanks to ALMIGHTY ALLAH, 99% of the staff appreciated and encouraged us by extolling each and every word spoken by us. i avoided slide reading, appkied inductive and direct approach thats y pictures and animations were added to keep the audience alive and awake. the sound of applause at each slide still echoes in my mind and i can never forget the sparkling faces of senior and old faculty members and their appreciation. even one senior most professor commented that they should have spoken these points 20 years back so may the situation and scenario of their professional environment be different than the present one. again Thanks to ALLAH for giving me a chance to prove myself ....
