• Pakistani educational system purely based on
reading, writing, and listening
Our examination system ignores the 4th skill that is
Speaking
Then how you can expect people from humanities
and natural sciences to be proficient in English
Language.
Language problems result in
• Stress and depression
• Individual lingers always on job hunt or compromises on
low salary and low status
• Prejudice and discrimination against male Islamic dress
code and appearance in educational and professional
environments
• Beards
• Ankle high trousers
• Islamic caps
Why Jobs refused?
• Wearing religious and cultural symbols and dress is part
of the right of freedom of expression. It is part of the right
to freedom of religion or belief – and these rights must be
enjoyed by all faiths equally and there should be no
disparity practiced at work place and especially
educational institutions because a teachers is a
constructor of a nation. If his/her own personality will be
suppressed, the nation will suffer
• Responsibilities of a university lecturer are not clearly
mentioned in terms of time management, class
schedules, discipline maintenance, clerical duties ( gate
duties, time table making, forceful authoritative behavior
of seniors in order to check their papers and substitutions
and many other)

employees
• Contracts issuance on the basis of 3 months or six
months and the respective lecturer is appointed to teach
annual system?

Misinterpretation, Biased judgment and Misperception is
done by authority and colleagues
• Due to lack of indispensable facilities, the productivity of
young staff is reduced to lowest levels.
Why are these facilities important
• Open access to knowledge
• Contact with global society
• Enhance intellectuality
• Source to keep students busy in order to
keep them away from unethical behavior
• people remember 20% of what they see, 40% of
what they see and hear, but about 75% of what
they see and hear and do simultaneously
(Lindstrom, 1994).
• multi-sensory, stimulating the many senses of
the audience
• Effective instructional medium
• Tremendous impact on learning
• Challenging and thrilling
• Lack of Research oriented environment
and facilities result in lack of cultural
understanding
• An institute must possess a research
community to churn out best students
otherwise a dichotomy will exist because
of gap in research and benchmarking
likings

  • 20. • Wearing religious and cultural symbols and dress is part of the right of freedom of expression. It is part of the right to freedom of religion or belief – and these rights must be enjoyed by all faiths equally and there should be no disparity practiced at work place and especially educational institutions because a teachers is a constructor of a nation. If his/her own personality will be suppressed, the nation will suffer
  • 21. • Responsibilities of a university lecturer are not clearly mentioned in terms of time management, class schedules, discipline maintenance, clerical duties ( gate duties, time table making, forceful authoritative behavior of seniors in order to check their papers and substitutions and many other)
