Dear Ms. Noe –Griego,
Every other week at our System Wide PACS Operations meeting there is one participant who
stands out, Mr. Hong Chao. Any projects or change managements that he volunteers for or is
assigned to; these projects are up to date or ahead of schedule.
Whenever I call the Technical Assistance center for a trouble call, or place a change management
ticket and find that Mr. Chao is assigned, I breathe a sigh of relief. I know that the issue will be
resolved and completed with courtesy, a smile, and on schedule.
I understand that Mr. Chao did not come from a Healthcare setting and his expertise lies
elsewhere. However, this is not apparent. I find his adaptability to be completely off the scale
when compared to any other resource in your team. If he doesn’t understand the workflow that is
to be achieved, he delves into the situation until he understands the customers’ needs.
The product is a satisfied customer.
